The containers are 7 ft x 5 ft x 7.5 ft high, holding approximately 250 cubic feet or 7 cubic meters. These are standard removal industry size, ideal for fork-lifting on and off vehicles allowing us to load and unload directly at your premises resulting in minimum handling.

We operate a range of vehicles from 3.5 ton vans up to 17 ton purpose built removal vehicles. Please let us know if there is difficult access at either address as this will allow us to plan your move with smaller vehicles or make the necessary arrangements to transport your goods.

It depends on how big is your property. Usually studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom depends on size we can do in 1 day. Everything above 3 bedroom we split the job in 2 days, day 1 packing service and day 2 moving.
Moving Day

In most of the cases, it's recommended to pack prior to the moving day. The exception is small moves when everything can be done in one day.

There are many factors on which depends the time for any removal process. Our staff will calculate the estimated time based on the number of your belongings that will be moved plus the travel distance to the destination point. There are also other factors that affect the time needed for the move, like parking. As close the van is to the load/unload point - as faster the job will be finished.

We can provide boxes and packing materials for an extra fee. We also offer packing and unpacking services for extra time payable at preferential rates.

It is essential that your belongings are correctly packed before your move. This is sometimes a job best left to the professionals. At Britpackrelo Removals we provide an affordable packing service to ensure your items arrive at your new home safely.

Yes, we offer box delivery both as a single service and as part of the relocation process - box delivery, packing & removals. Keep in mind that when hiring us for box delivery, there's a minimum of 15 boxes!

Yes, we do that. For really heavy items and higher floors, some extra fees will apply due to the specifications of the work.

We have the equipment, vans, and men with experience in moving pianos (excluding royals). Transit Vans (approx.cargo space dimensions: 3.3 m deep, 2 m tall, 1.8 m wide) Luton Vans (approx.cargo space dimensions: 4 m deep, 2.2 m tall, 2 m wide)

Sorry, but we're obliged by the UK law not to take passengers in our vehicles. We do not currently transport pets.

Depending on where you are moving to, your pets may need to go through a quarantine proces. Overseas pet transportation is best handled by an agent who is qualified. If you need help we can put you in touch with a number of specialists who are reliable and can handle the transport of your pets professionally.

Yes, Britpackrelo Removals have a regular training programme, and employ an in-house experienced training officer.

We are fully insured to give you the peace of mind that you are dealing with a professional removal company.

Yes, against fire, theft and destruction of an entire container with a limited coverage.

Our Insurance is a package for the whole move, there is no restriction for single items. Yes, our removal service is fully insured for all of your stuff! Have in mind, that your belonging should be packed by us for that, as otherwise, we cannot guarantee the items are packed properly for the relocation process.

Yes. We offer goods in transit insurance for moving and storage insurance. Cost depends on the declared value of the items.

We offer you the option to purchase a ‘Removals and Storage Policy’ (also known as Goods in Transit & Storage Insurance), which ensures you and your goods are fully protected during the relocation process.

If you want to keep your belongings for short term (under 3 months) we use standard packing materials, boxes, bubble wrap. For longer terms we use different specialized packing materials.

We provide safe and secure self-storage at prices you can afford in the Greater London area.

Yes, we offer full or part-packing service.

Yes, we sell a wide range of packing materials for removal and storage.

Yes. We can deliver in advance all packing materials if you wish before the moving date. We recommend to leave all fragile items for us, pictures, mirrors, lamps and antiques in particular.

Yes, you can but have in mind that the boxes shouldn't be heavier than 40-45lbs (20kg). This way is easier to carry the boxes, no matter if you use our removals services or if you are moving! Yes there is, 15 packing boxes are the minimum quantity.

No, we do not charge for storage access. We charge only if you require assistance in the storage.

Yes. Our team is fully trained to dismantle and re-assembly most of the furniture.

We can disconnect and connect all appliances excluding gas cooker.

Yes. All our business relocations will have a designated move manager to help plan the logistics of the move.

It’s always ideal for us to visit your home to determine the cost of your move, as it depends on numerous factors such as packing, access, size of lorry, number of staff etc. With this information we can compile an accurate quotation tailored to your individual move.

Yes. We provide all range of packing materials for commercial move and including IT crates rental.

Yes. We provide special containers with shelves.

All depends on the condition of the furniture, lift size in the building and distance to the new offices. Our experienced surveyor will inform you.

Please bear in mind that we are not allowed to move items which are: dangerous or hazardous materials, stolen and illegal goods, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods, any type of drugs, bio-hazardous items and poisons, weapons and firearms.

Flammable items, gas bottles, plants, any opened foods such as oils, sauces etc.

Gas cylinders cannot be transported on our vehicles. Flammable liquids, however contained, must not be submitted for removal either. These items are not covered under our insurance, other arrangements must be made. Equipment such as garden mowers and chainsaws should be drained of all liquids beforehand.

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge with just 48 hours notice.
